New Nadina Explorations Limited (the “Company”) announces that it has completed the Private Placement referenced in News Releases July 14, 2008 and July 31, 2008.

Related to this non-brokered financing, the Company has issued 3,493,500 Flow Through shares at a price of $0.22 for proceeds of $768,570.  136,500 common shares were issued for finders’ fees associated with this private placement for a total issuance of 3,630,000 shares including finders’ fee.

There were no warrants associated with this financing. Insider participation was E. Clements for 150,000 shares.  The share price at the close of trading on July 29, 2008 was 20 cents.

The hold periods expire as follows:  Tranche One for 2,684,000 shares expires December 2, 2008 and Tranche Two for 946,000 shares expires January 9, 2009.

Proceeds from the placement will be used for continued exploration on the Company’s Monument diamond project at Lac de Gras NT.
