GREENWOOD, BRITISH COLUMBIA - New Nadina Explorations Limited (the "Company")  wishes to announce its intention to amend the exercise price to $0.10 per common share (a) in regard of insiders, a total of 1,965,000 incentive stock options will be re-priced (725,000 options granted on June 9, 2006 at an exercise price of $0.25 per share; 490,000 options granted on February 15, 2007 at an exercise price of $0.20; and 750,000 options granted on March 18, 2008 at an exercise price of $0.25 per share); and (b) in regard of non-insiders, a total of 100,000 incentive stock options will be re-priced (100,000 options granted on June 9, 2006 at an exercise price of $0.25 per share).

The foregoing re-pricings are subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance as well as disinterested shareholder approval for the amendment of the insider options at the Company's Annual and Special Meeting to be held on January 22, 2010.
