GREENWOOD, BRITISH COLUMBIA – New Nadina Explorations Limited (TSX VENTURE: NNA) advises that the non-brokered private placement announced Dec. 16, 2009 and December 31, 2009 has closed. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share of the Company for up to 24 months expiring January 27, 2012. The exercise price is 10 cents during the first 12 months and 15 cents thereafter.

There were 3,166,000 shares issued for proceeds of $315,000. Two finders’ fees of 8% were awarded, one for 16,000 units and the other a cash payment of $2,000.  The shares issued cannot be traded before May 28, 2010. Insider participation totaled 250,000 units.

The private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
