New Nadina $1,200,000 Non-brokered Private Placement

GREENWOOD, BRITISH COLUMBIA – New Nadina Explorations Limited (TSX VENTURE: NNA), subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, has arranged a non-brokered private placement, consisting of up to 10,000,000 Flow-Through units at a price of $0.10 and 2,000,000 non-Flow Through units at a price of $0.10.

The Flow-Through units consists of one common share and a half warrant where one warrant can purchase one non flow-through share for up to two years at $0.15. The non Flow-Through unit consists of one common share and one warrant that entitles the holder to purchase one common share at $0.10 in year one and at $0.15 per share in the second year.

Proceeds from the placement will be used for 2010 exploration program on the Company’s 100% owned Silver Queen Property and for general corporate funds.  Allowable Finders’ Fees may be payable in compliance with the guidelines of the TSX Venture Exchange policies.
