GREENWOOD, BRITISH COLUMBIA – New Nadina Explorations Limited (TSX VENTURE: NNA), announces that further to the August 12, 2010  News Release the Company will pay a Finders Fee of 8% in units, where the units consist of one common share and one warrant, where the warrants are exercisable at $0.10 in year one and at $0.15 per share in year two.

These terms are subject to the approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
