Copper equivalent values are provided for comparison purposes only, and do not take into account differences in metal recoveries or smelter charges, or price changes or other factors which could affect the actual value of the mineralized material. Copper equivalent values stated here are based on the following prices, current as of
Au: $55.00 USD/g Cu: $7.80 USD/kg Mo: $30.00 USD/kg
Hole 11S-01 entered the mineralized zone at a depth of 248 meters bottoming in mineralization at 572 meters. The core was weakly to moderately mineralized with the best values seen in the lower part of the hole.
Hole 11S-03 passed out of the fault zone at a depth of 208.4 meters and continued to 288 meters, at which point the hole was lost due to seizing of the rods by the squeezing clay layer above. The hole bottomed in mineralization. Prior to end of hole, visual increase in mineralization was seen as confirmed later by assay data. Every attempt was made to continue the hole and rods were lost.
Hole 11S-06 encountered strong mineralization at 112.79 meters which was continuous throughout the remainder of the hole. The hole was stopped in mineralized stockwork at 361.7 meters due to constriction of the rods before reaching target depth. The 248.91m averaging 0.435% copper equivalent is highly encouraging as the deeper grades showed increased values. The fault zone causing the drill problems has been mapped and future drill holes to test this section of the anomaly can be drilled entirely beneath the shallow dipping fault by situating holes to the west of its surface trace, therefore avoiding the obstacles encountered in these initial discovery holes.
Hole 11S-12 passed out of the fault zone at 32.2 meters but did not encounter the quartz-feldspar porphyry. The hole was drilled to 507 meters and returned only occasional narrow intervals of mineralization.
Drill hole 11S-13 encountered the mineralized zone at a depth of 84.35 meters and cored 693 meters of nearly continuous mineralization to a depth of 777 meters, where it was stopped while still within strong mineralization. The hole was ended on the drill contract expiry date and the casing remains intact and capped for re-entry for deepening and conducting down hole geophysics.
The Itsit deposit lies within a geophysical anomaly that extends 950 meters north-south and is open to the north and south of the Titan24 survey grid. The depth extent of the deposit is also unknown as the geophysical data limits do not close off the anomaly at depth. Further geophysics followed by a large drill program will be necessary to obtain a better understanding of the size potential.
We are pleased with the three holes that encountered good mineralization. A new deposit with potential for a large ore body has been found. Information gathered this year will guide further advancement in 2012. We see good mineralization, the anomaly size can be increased and geophysics indicates potentially higher grade areas within the deposit. Mapping and use of appropriate equipment will help to overcome the drilling problems. The property is fully accessible year round and located within an area supportive to the mining community.

New Nadina Explorations Limited (TSX VENTURE: NNA) announces the 2011 drilling at the Silver Queen property south of Houston BC has been completed. Drilling has encountered significant intersections of porphyry-style mineralization with visible chalcopyrite and molybdenite. Core logging and geotechnical processing, along with core sawing and submission of samples for analyses should be completed in 2-3 weeks.

The discovery of an economic mine is found through the determination of the management team. The bounty of the earth can only be released when one accepts the challenge to solve its mysteries.
In the years since its discovery in 1912, repeated attempts to expand the potential of the Silver Queen were undertaken. Ellen Clements, president, set out to find the elusive source feeding the property’s numerous veins. This property is in an active mining region with supportive infrastructure and primed for renewed exploration. The recent rapid advances in ground and airborne geophysics were utilized.
ZTEM airborne of 700 line km followed by ground geophysics in July 2011 using the Titan 24 DCIP & MT over selected areas produced targets. Two targets connected to the ‘inner core’ were the first focus. From the raw data, amazing visuals in 3D format were produced. (Click image to enlarge map)
Drilling commenced Sept 3, 2011 and will continue until October 15th. Two drills will test both the extensive vein “Titan Target A” and the porphyry “Titan Target B”. Both are blind targets not previously tested by diamond drill.
Target B is of significant size, has a conductive response with an associated high chargeability.
Target A is part of a 2.5 km long trend mapped by the ZTEM survey and characterized as electrically resistive and chargeable by the Titan 24 DCIP and MT system.
Diamond drill holes (minimum of 500m each) this fall on Target B are designed to test as the east – west extent at depth and then test on section. Drilling to date has surpassed expectations and confirms that perseverance with the use of state of the art geophysical techniques does truly prove the promise of reward in a former producer.
July 21, 2011 - Targets Identified
An extensive 2011 exploration program is underway looking for new and larger targets where airborne ZTEM geophysics was followed by Titan 24 IP (Induced Polarization), DCIP and MT and completed July 20th.
A preliminary interpretation of the data has identified two new geophysical targets south and east of the former producing No 3 Vein at the Silver Queen mine.
The first – the Titan A target – is part of a two and half kilometer long trend mapped by the ZTEM survey. The known Silver Queen vein system sits at the north-west end and central part of the trend and the Titan A target sits close to the south-east end of this trend. The Titan A target is characterized as electrically resistive and chargeable and is interpreted to be a potential vein type system of the Silver Queen type.
Close to the Titan A target, to the east and below it, is the Titan B target. This is a conductive zone, with an associated high chargeability. The geophysical character of the Titan B target indicates that it could be a buried porphyry type bulk tonnage deposit. Preliminary depth estimates to the top of the Titan B target are on the order of 350 meters. This target is a blind geophysical target and can only be tested by drilling. The geophysical interpretation of the geological setting of the Titan B target is that it is close to an intrusive stock-like body that sits below the Silver Queen Vein system, and that it is located in a jog of a large regional fault zone. This jog may be a zone of accommodation as the regional structure passes close to the stock-like body.
Both the Titan A and Titan B targets are untested by historical drilling to the best knowledge of the New Nadina Exploration team. There were eight Titan 24 lines run, results from the four lines (3.6km each) has resulted in these two targets. Two lines extending over the south end of Owen Lake have not shown target potential. Modeling of the two lines covering George and Cole Lake areas are pending.
ZTEM is a new natural source airborne electromagnetic method operated by Geotech airborne of Mississauga, Ontario. It can routinely penetrate to depths in excess of one kilometer and is particularly suited to the exploration for bulk tonnage disseminated porphyry type targets. It is also sensitive to large resistive zones such as silicified vein systems. Titan24 is high powered, state of the art, deep penetrating induced polarization and magnetotelluric ground based system operated by Quantec Geoscience of Toronto Ontario. Depths of investigation greater than 300 meters are routinely achieved with the Titan24 system.
Interpretation of the new geophysical data acquired over the Silver Queen project is ongoing at the Advanced Geophysical Interpretation Centre of Mira Geoscience in Vancouver, British Columbia for New Nadina. The ZTEM, aeromagnetic, and Titan24 data will be used in conjunction with the ongoing geological mapping and surface prospecting program at the Silver Queen project to direct the 8,000 meter summer drill program planned for this year at the Silver Queen project by New Nadina Explorations Ltd. Peter Kowalczyk P.Geo., a qualified person has reviewed the July 21, 2011 news release within the terms of NI 43-101 standards.
During 2010, a permanent camp facility was installed at the Silver Queen mine site and a program of prospecting, soil sampling and geophysics were conducted followed by a 4,109 meter drill program. Twenty six holes (NQ2 sized core) were completed in six areas of drilling mainly extending and deepening known veins.
